TOUAWEN refunds the full amount without fees to the original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the request. If TOUAWEN cancels the reservation or abandons the project, the amount is refunded in full. This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not restrict, applicable statutory rights.
